At Caelis, each employee, with his or her own skills and individuality, is listened to and valued, and plays an essential role in the company's development, helping it to grow ethically and sustainably. Would you like to invest in a company on a human scale? Are you particularly interested in innovative technologies? Do you have knowledge of refrigeration, electricity or automation? Are you looking for a new challenge and a job with a future? Are you open to mobility? Go ahead and send us your unsolicited application! Let's build the future together and convert the try!

3 main stages:

  1. Your pre-qualification interview: Let's get to know each other and discuss your plans, your motivations, your technical skills, as well as our needs, our culture and our corporate development.
  2. Your operational interview: One of our job coaches validates your technical skills and, depending on your position, may or may not subject you to practical exercises in our workshops.
  3. Personality test: This enables our teams* to get to know you better and ensure that your profile matches our expectations.

Because respect means transparency, we'll keep you informed throughout your candidate journey!

* The recruitment process can be carried out externally, with the support of service providers appointed by Caelis.
