Unique expertise

Within our multidisciplinary team, we have multiple, complementary and recognised skills and certifications*, enabling us to meet all your needs. By working in collaboration with high-performance partners, we can produce for you specific equipment capable of reproducing a wide range of simulated environmental conditions: ICH stability, space vacuum, high and negative temperature, light with or without UV, rapid temperature variation, thermal shock, burn-in, combined vibration/temperature, high and low humidity, etc. If you already have climatic chambers, we can modify and/or adapt all your equipment, regardless of brand.

Qualifications and compliance with standards

Our climatic and thermal equipment is designed in accordance with national and international pharmaceutical industry recommendations. They comply with ICH regulations, ICH GUIDELINES Q1Ar and Q1B, option 2, FDA, BPL, BPF, and 21CFR Part 210 and 211 directives, and are designed for continuous operation 24/7 in an ambient temperature of between 15°C and 28°C. All our products are IQ, OQ, QP qualified:

  • ​IQ (Installation Qualification): this provides documented proof that the equipment complies with your requirements.
  • OQ (Operational Qualification): the aim is to check the control parameters, sample safety and protection, and the accuracy of temperature and humidity measurements according to standard FDX 15-140. It includes operating tests, alarm tests and a vacuum mapping according to FDX 15-140 for one condition per chamber.
  • PQ (Performance Qualification): this is carried out empty and under load, using COFRAC-connected measuring equipment, when the climatic chambers are commissioned at their place of use in accordance with standard FDX 15-140, and includes a mapping under load in accordance with the same standard for one condition per chamber, as well as a one-minute door opening under load.
