All our enclosures and climatic chambers are designed in accordance with national and international pharmaceutical industry recommendations. They comply with ICH regulations, ICH GUIDELINES Q1Ar and Q1B, option 2, FDA, GLP, GMP, and 21CFR Part 210 and 211 directives. Our equipment is designed for continuous operation 24/7 at an ambient temperature of between 15°C and 28°C.
In addition to our range of standard products, we also offer customised solutions. We will be happy to study any special request concerning volume, shape or even stability conditions, and to help you draw up the specifications so as to provide you with an appropriate detailed technical study. In the end, you'll be able to take advantage of a product designed especially for you that perfectly meets your environmental testing needs (ATEX, CO2 management, VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) management, light, solvent)
At the end of the tests, the viability of a drug/molecule is certified when its active ingredient is at least 95%.
ATEX stands for "explosive atmosphere". An ATEX climatic chamber is designed to prevent any risk of explosion.
For an atmosphere to be considered explosive, it must contain the three elements "oxygen", "combustible" and "inflammation source".
To prevent explosions, we design enclosures without any inflammation source. In short, we are eliminating one of the items in this explosive equation. So the oxygen and combustible potentially present in your products cannot on their own create an explosion. All the materials and electrical equipment that make up an ATEX climatic chamber are carefully selected by our experts.
