Listening to you, offering you the best service and being responsive are our daily concerns. We offer preventive maintenance, retrofit (upgrading control systems) and repair for your equipment. Repair & spare parts

In the event of a breakdown, just call us or send us an e-mail (sav@caelis-fr.com) and we will call you back within 8 hours. Some faults can be resolved free of charge by telephone. If the fault requires servicing, an after-sales service ticket is opened.
We will analyse the degree of urgency with you and undertake to respond within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the technician's remoteness. Prior to any curative intervention by Caelis, an estimate will be submitted for your acceptance. If you have taken out a Preventive Maintenance contract, you will benefit from priority intervention, discounts on our spare parts and reduced maintenance costs! After each corrective operation, your equipment's service history form is updated. This way, you can keep a complete record of any remedial work carried out on your equipment.

Preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance is an important part of the life of your climatic equipment, as it ensures that it is working properly and that your tests are reliable. It allows you to replace worn parts in accordance with your machine manufacturer's recommendations, as well as checking that your equipment complies with the standards specific to your sector of activity. During preventive maintenance, our teams check essential points such as refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic circuits, as well as the entire safety chain, which is essential for the safety of your equipment. The regulation is checked and analysed to prepare for metrology or qualification in the best possible conditions.

The simplest tasks (such as replacing consumables) are carried out during preventive maintenance, after explanation and agreement with the customer. More substantial work, such as improvements or alterations, will be discussed and approved on the basis of a quotation. You will be given a PDF Follow-up Log at the end of the preventive maintenance work, in which all the checks, tests and actions will be recorded. Replaced parts will be listed and catalogued in the same document to ensure complete transparency
