What is the JEI?

The status of Young Innovative Company was created in 2004. This status aims to support new small and medium-sized businesses so that they support the development of innovative projects. The device is valid 11 years for businesses created before 2023, 8 years for younger businesses. It allows new businesses to benefit from a rollback tax charges and a exoneration tax for the 1st beneficiary fiscal year for 2 years.
